2009 Flock Sires
We are using Unzicker Amadeus, Sweetgrass Cooper, Kreutzer Farm Levi, and Unzicker Ike

Amadeus is a beautiful 4 horned ram. His horns are symmetrical and well
spaced. His fleece is long and open with some crimp, just the way I personally
like it. So far he is appropriately shy of us but he does lead well on
a halter.
Ewes in Amadeus's breeding group for fall 2009 are Bryn, Caireann, Caroline,
Eli's Friday, Inga, Libby, Madeline, Madonna, Magdalene, Maxima, Mirabelle,
and Nan.

Cooper has continued to sire nice lambs. He is being used on more ewes
this year.

Last year was the first time we used Levi. He sired lambs with very
nice horns and is being used this year on more ewes.

Ike is a ram lamb who is being used for the first time. His breeding
group for 2009 includes Avondale, Carly, and Robin.

Garth is a ram I sold as a lamb. When the opportunity came to get him
back, I decided to go for it. While his markings (face/legs) are not
my ideal, I do like his conformation, fleece and especially his ancestry.
I also saw some of his offspring and I really liked them.

I sold Jedd as a ram lamb. When he again became available, I knew I
wanted him back to add more of his genetics to my flock. His dam is
still going strong at age twelve. She has a nice fleece and has retained
her color well. Two of Jedd's half sisters are also in our flock.
